Smooth transaction buying a car from Rico. Was able to reserve the car, get it checked out by Lemonsquad and purchased in the same week. Car runs great. Painless process for me. Worth a visit to these fine folks. Also, one tip, there is a public park right near by that is worth a visit. Used that park to look at the car in private personal detail during the test drive.

Very happy with my experience with Alta and my salesman Rico. Good guy, straight up and relaxed. The showroom is very nice with some very upscale vehicles on display. Inquired via the site about a Yukon they had and Rico was quick to follow up with me and get me any information I wanted. He was willing to communicate via text and send pictures of the frame and videos of a walk around. When I mentioned having a friend that was local look at it, Rico was happy to oblige and took my friend out for a test drive. I sent over a deposit to hold the vehicle until i could make the trip up to their facility and despite others reaching out about it, they held the vehicle and honored our agreement. Very happy with my experience and new vehicle thus far. Always nerve wracking purchasing a used car but they were happy to give me all the information that they could.
