My husband and I purchased both of our trucks from Brett Martin at Rocky Mountaim Yeti in Evanston, and we truly couldn't be happier with our experience. Our salesman, Brett, is incredibly professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Out of all the vehicles we've purchased, our two purchases with Brett have been the smoothest, easiest transactions. We are incredibly impressed with Brett and the rest of the Rocky Mountain Yeti team.

I worked with Don and he was great! I was happy with my dealings with Yeti. However, there is one thing I believe that Yeti should have been upfront with me. Every vehicle I have had always came with two key fobs. After I had already closed the sale and picking the vehicle up, I was told there was only one key fob. Key fobs are expensive. When I asked why I only received one key fob, I was told that the original owner only turned one in. It is very frustrating that I have to pay $240 for a second key fob when I just purchased a vehicle that should have two key fobs. A word to the wise, verify that you will be receiving two key fobs before purchasing.

Great dealership, I was a fairly difficult customer, pushing pretty hard. But they kept working with me and kept a great attitude, very fair and easy to work with. To put it this way, I drove two hours to do business with them.

I own a Ram Promaster and was having an electrical issue as I was passing by Evanston. After trying to figure it out on my own, I decided to stop by the Dodge service department. Without an appointment, someone (I regret that I didn’t get his name) came out, climbed under my car, and fixed my issue very quickly. I am very grateful and my expectations were exceeded. I’m not sure I will drive 100 miles to get service there but I will think about it. If you live close, I highly recommend visiting them. We’ll stop by with donuts next time we pass by. Thank you!
