I never write reviews but in this situation I felt obligated.  Yuri went above and beyond for me and everything that was advertised was true and accurate.  This dealership is honest and reputable and the staff from start to finish really showed a me new level of service and committment and thus should be recognized and commended for it.  He even came to my house after hours to finish the paperwork as I was stuck at work during the day.   Considering they are so busy, I was really impressed with the time they put in.

Absolutely phenomenal purchase.  We purchased a car this week from Americarusa with Yuri and were perfectly satisfied with both the service and the car.  The car was exactly as described with NO issues that were not disclosed ahead of time.  Yuri did everything he could possibly do to help with the purchase and his customer service was well above what we  expected from a car dealership.  The price was over $2,000 below book values and a great deal!  I completely understand where some people may have reservations about buying a car or truck from someone you do not know or have not met but I found Yuri and everyone from Americarusa completely honest and open about this purchase.  Needless to say, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.  Just a Note, I am also a business owner who has experienced bad reviews from business competitors to discredit someone and I strongly believe that a couple of these reviews seen here are for just that purpose.
