Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, along with them trading my car in for top-dollar. Jeffrey was very helpful during the process of buying my BMW. Responses were quick, car is in good mechanical condition, etc. One thing I am not a fan of with AAG is that the prices they list on their site, CarGurus, etc reflect the price of the car AFTER $3000 down to simply get you through the door with attractive pricing. Also, when I arrived at the dealership my car was not prepared as agreed and this process took around 3.5/4 hours for me to drive off.
