This is the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The people are so nice and competent. They know what they are doing. They know how to get you what you need. They listen and are patient with all of your questions. Even though they are able bodied, they completely understand our needs and how to accommodate us. The customer service is literally second to none. If you need an accessible vehicle, talk to Brad. He's the best. Wayne delivered my van and I hope when you buy from AMS, he is the one who brings you your new mobile freedom vehicle!

The service department at AMS Vans recently solved a problem with my van that 2 other mobility service centers were unable to resolve. My son's van was out of commission for a week or so.  It was towed to Tucker from Fayette County for repair due to the ramp was not coming out.  At first the gentleman was trying to tell me what button to push; hoping the ramp will work, but nothing was working out.  He spend at least almost three hours with me at the phone just to get it started to worked but nothing was working out. Finally the battery died.  It was frustrating due to my son's appointments.  Mostly cancelled due to no transportations.   I was calling in Tucker and mostly speaking with Rashad .  He was very polite and patient with me and giving me the update.  A week later; they finally got it to worked and my neighbor given me and my son a ride to picked the van.  Mr. Donovan was very nice and showed  me all the emergency buttons that I need to know to get the ramp out if that ever happened again.  He was so helpful that when we got to the other button; it didn't work.  He changed the battery and put a new one.  I was trying to compensate him with his time; but he refused and said that he was happy to helped me out.  I am so grateful that I have our van back again.  Thank you to all the men that works at AMS.  This was our second van that I brought for repaired and it was a pleasure doing business with AMS.

We bought our wheelchair accessible van from AMS Vans, and from inquiry to delivery it was fantastic.  Our salesman, Alan Siegel, even called us after the delivery to make sure everything was ok. Let me tell you, I have been buying vehicles for forty years and usually after the sale you never hear from them again. This was not the case with AMS Vans. Everyone was friendly, your van goes through an 134 point inspection, they delivered and explained all the features of the conversion package, and even our used van was given white glove service. It arrived looking like it just came off the showroom floor!  We were so impressed with this company, if we could give them 6 stars, we would. Buying a vehicle out of state, sight unseen is a scary experience, but rest assured AMS Vans goes above and beyond to make your buying experience a good one
