I have bought a good amount of cars in my life, and never fully trusted the car dealers. For some reason, I always feel in my gut like they are hiding something or just saying what they need to sell the car. I can say the complete opposite about Jeff at Anchor. He was completely open and honest with us from the very beginning. We bought a salvaged vehichle, and he showed us all the pictures from before the repairs to after, explaining everything they did. After we told him we were interested in the car, he even put on new brakes and rotors, fixed up some small body damage, and gave the car a full detail. All this for a very fair price! Best price I found after shopping for a month or so. On top of all this, when my wife and I arrived to pick up the car we purchased, we had recognized a strange vibration coming from the car we drove down. We inform Jeff of our concern. Without hesitation, he looking into the cause of the vibration and noticed there were some loose lug nuts on the front driver side tire! He got our car on a lift and tightened everything up so my wife could drive it home safely. He told us "He would'nt feel right letting us drive off without making sure everything was safe for us" Jeff is a stand up guy, totally trustworthy, and sold us an immaculate 2015 Ford Explorerer for an amazing price. Very easy to work with, with no high pressure salesmanship. I will definitly be doing my shopping for my future vehichles at Anchor and will recommend to friends and family.
