This is our second camper from here. The first go round wasn’t the best experience, and just being transparent it was the smell once we kicked the heater on. So if you’re shopping online make sure you kick everything on when buying used with animals previously living in the camper….but I will say when a few things went out on the camper they were quick to mail out what we needed replaced. We live four hours away so it was the practical thing to do. Second go round experience so far has been much better. We upgraded to a bunk room for our son. Belinda has been the best part about this buy. She gave me peace of mind as well as transparency which is so appreciated. I feel comfortable knowing if something happens (which things happen no big deal) she will make sure we are good to go. Love the new camper! EDITED TO UPDATE: We had a jack break off at some point during our trip that were brand new, installed before we purchased our RV. Possibly literally as we left the lot. ???????????Even though it wasn’t the dealers fault they mailed us a new jack with motor, since it is an auto leveling kit. (Not sure the proper terminology) Our sales guy Isaac has been super helpful, and I’m so relieved they helped out with this. Thank y’all. We have had so many compliments, and are so comfortable in our new home. (We live full time in our RV)

I’ve never personally stepped into their business but I spoke with Nathan several times over the phone. They had a camper come in that I thought I wanted, instead of making a quick sale, and wasting a 16 hour drive to see a camper myself. Nathan was HONEST and proficient with me! He sent me pictures and was honest about the true condition of the camper. I was very impressed with his service, even though we didn’t purchase he deserved a praise! Thank you Nathan for being one of the last honest salesman left out there!

Nathan was my sales person and was awesome and patient for me by phone to come through with payment when banks power was down from storm.
