Every part of this car buying experience was five stars: callback, test drive, financing, signing. A couple examples that surprised me: One of their finance people (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) went above and beyond to get me an even lower rate than the one I agreed to over the phone, which was already competitive. Alex in sales went out of his way to charge the car back up to 85% the morning after I test drove, so it felt like delivery day when I arrived after work to sign. The car itself is pristine and came with floor mats, mobile charger, aero caps, and good tire tread depth. This is a great business. These people care.

I truly love this place. Everyone there is so welcoming. I felt at home working with them. They helped me get into my 1st Mercedes Benz. I have nothing if to say bad about Apple Leasing. I drive away feeling very good about my purchase and I didn’t leave feeling like I had been robbed like some other car lots. Thank you Ms.Janie, Mr. Juan, and Mr. Randy!!!

I love my jeep that I bought from them. Overall i'm happy. Great customer service. That g m randy was awesome, as was the lady that did the paperwork/ finances. The pricing was great. The GM Randy pulled up numbers on the big screen in his office and went through it all. The negative: rock chips and a couple spots were fixed on my jeep.It looked nice. I noticed a small paint bubble at the very tip of my hood. When I asked about it I was told most jeeps have that happen... Honestly.I don't know if that's true, but sounded nice. When I asked a few more times about why it wasn't painted if he had already done the back trunk lid, the truth finally came out: "because it would cost us too much to fix" i can respect honestly, but I still feel like that little spot should have been fixed . I am still very happy with my jeep though.i was excited to get it back tonight. I love how all the vehicles are kept inside. Amazing facility. When there is hail in Texas those vehicles are protected unlike other delearships.. The GM is a veteran...he has a staff that is a proud Marine mama and she is the sweetest person. I liked how they didn't pressure. Need to get a vehicle or pressure me to take the first loan offer. I liked how they were open to exploring multiple banks to get me the best deal and to me that felt right. I would buy a vehicle from them in a heartbeat if I ever needed another vehicle. My jeep has received alot of compliments.

Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Rosa was amazing start to finish on the sales side, seriously ask for her she’s great. Juan helped with financing and presented multiple options and was very flexible with me. Highly recommend these guys and I’ll be doing business with them again!
