Needed a vehicle when mine was giving me issues. I purchased a Subaru outback and traded in my old vehicle. Randy communicated with me while we were trying to get financing done and when he realized it would take longer than expected, he had someone deliver the car to me the next day because I lived out of town, an hour away. We saw some small defects to the car we were buying, a home made muffler and some poor paint, and he took the price down so we could fix it ourselves. The oil in the car we bought desperately needed to be changed, we realized after we had it. But overall it was easy and I appreciated his communication. Would recommend to anyone needing a fast and easy trade in with the knowledge of how to care for a used vehicle.
