I emailed them first and actually got fast and continuous replies which was a plus for me. Every question I asked was answered with no run around and when I arrived I received the best customer service that I have ever gotten in my 8 years of living in Las Vegas. The lady who helped me knew exactly who I was when I walked in and explained everything so that there was no surprises. I would most definitely recommend and use this business again.

The people that work here at Ark Auto are very nice and understanding. You can use cash or a debit or credit card here. You're able to rent a vehicle here for a week for under $500. I had a problem with one of the vehicles that I was renting from them and without question they gave me another car actually brand new car I give this place 5 stars
