We had the best experience with Armstrong. Our salesperson, Hannah was not only knowledgeable, communicative, personable & highly professional, she is just such a nice person. Nick in f & I was great, and what a breath of fresh air to deal with an honest finance guy! We had a great experience with every touch at the dealership, and you’ve earned out business. I will be making the drive an hour easy way for any future service. I’ve already recommended Armstrong and will continue to do so. Thanks for such a great experience!

Had an amazing experience there they took care of my needs and I was able To walk away with a brand new Tahoe! Look for Cory when you stop by! He has over 15 years of experience!

Bought a used 2009 Ford F150 on sept 25th, with a trade in. Experience of going through sales was fantastic and they took care of me through the process and even bought the warranty. However the downside currently - the mechanical issues. It threw a code the day I drove it off the lot and explained that the engine was also shaking(like rough idle?- like the motor wanted to die) brought it back and told them the team the issue and they took care of it with great customer service and gave me a spare vehicle while it was being fixed. About a week later the same issue pops back up. I call the mechanic shop of chevrolet(here) because its where I bought it from. I was recommended a closer/local shop to take a look at it. So instead of going all the way out to mcminville i chose to stick with ford canby - thinking logistically it was be ideal for ford specialist and it wouldnt damage the internals. Called ford on the oct 3rd and dropped off my truck and keys there on oct. 11th because they had an opening for that time. The beginning of the nightmare is now dealing with AUL, the warranty that alot of companies offer. For those that are reading this, please do not ever buy this warranty. If you’re ok waiting for 2+ weeks for a response with no spare vehicle to drive then by all means please do. I bought this because I figured it would be a different experience and I generally dont have the time to fix mechanical issues especially when I have a 4 month old to take care of and drive around. The mechanic is attempting to do the calls for me and he’s been waiting 2hrs over the phone for an answer and has left voicemails. Still no answer to get an answer for an estimator to come out. Overall the staff is fantastic but the mechanical inspection of used vehicles is sub-par. Warranty is a hard no, if the third party company isn’t responding. Id avoid selling this warranty if the company isn’t responding to the consumers. Ive bought a used vehicle here before ownership of the company was changed and had a good experience since that car lasted for many years. So i wanted to come back now and have the same experience again and its still great sales and customer service. However this time Im SOL as always. especially when I haven’t gotten to enjoy the benefits of a truck yet and on a loan. Staying my best to be positive about it. Tl;DR Great sales team, they take care of you!!! Dont buy the AUL warranty. As-is truck shouldve been inspected a bit more, currently still in the shop, no vehicle to drive with no answers from the warranty company. Might take 4+ months from what I’m reading.
