Had a really great experience purchasing my second vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by KC. We told him we wanted a jeep gladiator and showed him the one we wanted. He was very patient and made sure to let us know if we are not happy with what they can offer us, to be patient and he will make it work. so I stopped by today to get my jeep serviced when I called, The person in the service department said it would be about an hour and a half just needed a small battery changed. Got there early in the morning I was greeted by Louis, his greeting and customer service when I got there was outstanding it didn’t take long before they took the jeep back, and It was only two hours. Louie also came and checked on it for me to give me an update and everything was great. Probably one of the best service department experiences I’ve had in my years of driving way to go service department , well done.
