We kept playing phone tag to get me scheduled and she never gave up on me. ???? the mobile tech (forgot his name) came out and took care of my recall in 20 minutes and was on his way. I called AF to schedule my first service appointment on my newly acquired Ford Explorer ST. I was greeted with a warm hello and swiftly made an appointment for about 2 weeks later to have my vehicle picked up at my home. The morning of the appointment I received a message indicating that my driver was on their way and was offered an ETA for arrival. The driver arrived on time and returned the vehicle later that afternoon. It was neat because after being alerted that my car was headed home to me, I could follow it on the map. The drivers greeted my wife upon arrival and turned over the keys and paperwork. They were very friendly. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.
