When we called to check on the availability of a particular vehicle at 4:40, 20 minutes before closing, and said we were 30 minutes away, we were told come on in. This was just the beginning of their wonderful service. In addition to the pleasant buying experience, our new (used) vehicle was delivered to our home the next day after it was reinspected since the original tag was missing. Needed a car quick while my daughter was in town for the holiday weekend. Looked at 2 cars on Friday. The Honda we ended up getting had 1 minor issue with a tail light. Owner was in the lot addressing it before we drove away. Got it reinspected within 24 hours on the holiday weekend and made the buying process quick and easy. Bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Ash Motors. Waited a couple of months before posting just to drive the car as much as possible to give an honest review. And WOW! Honestly very impressed. Sam was just such a pleasant individual to deal with. Going on almost the 3rd month now and the car drives like new. Made sure to take care of any concerns I had during the test drive phase of purchasing the vehicle. Definitely the 1st great experience I’ve had at a used car dealer and I definitely plan on going back and recommending whoever would like to purchase a used car to make sure this is their first and probably only spot they stop into.
