Best experience I’ve ever had buying a used or new car. Ben and his son truly do want a happy customer, we worked out a fair deal and they helped me with everything to get the truck deal done. Both Ben, and his son Devin were great to deal with. I am reluctant to purchase used vehicles from dealerships, like most people. I found Family Motors through Marketplace. After looking at the truck I eventually purchased from them, I did my homework. Word of mouth and reputation go a long way. Everyone I spoke with who have had anything to do with Family Motors only had one word to say. “Excellent” That was my experience as well. They were very straight forward and honest. I believe they have great integrity. Half of our deal on my 2021 Ram 2500 was done on a handshake alone. Excellent.

Bought a 2002 ford ranger from the family motor company on December 7 2022 took in test drive noticed something wrong with the door ben was very nice knocked a little off the total price that we agreed on I bought it and drove from Idaho to California truck did great. I brought it to a shop for a full vehicle inspection the mechanic said it was the nicest truck he had seen in its year had no problems at all. I'll start by saying I have a definite concern going to used car dealers, but Family Motor Company is a clear exception. I ran into a tough spot when the engine in my 02 Camry seized up, but when I saw the 2014 Camry SE these guys posted online I thought it could be a stroke of good fortune. I spoke to Ben the next day over the phone and immediately felt comfortable thanks to his professionalism, knowledge and honesty! We arranged a test drive, and the car was outstanding on the road. Ben went through a very clean Carfax history with me, and it looked great! He also alerted me to the torque converter issue with '12-'14 Camry transmissions, and showed that they had already fixed that problem ahead of time. Ben was absolutely fantastic during the entire process, great with keeping in communication, able to answer my many questions and concerns, and even knocked off $500 as a thank you to my military service. I could not be happier with this experience, and I feel a huge weight of stress lifted off me! To say these guys are awesome is an understatement. They rescued my family (adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs) off the side of the road and the cheapest truck on the lot made it back to WA without any issues. Story follows if you're interested. Tuesday was an incredibly hard day, here's what happened. My family and I were driving home from a trip to Montana after arriving the night before because my son came down with strep throat. On our way through Idaho a rod blew in my subaru. After exhausting all options I ended up calling this lot because buying a car was going to be our only way home since no rentals would help us because I didn't have a credit card on me. The owners son came and picked us up off the side of the road and took us back to the lot. We finished paperwork and got back on the road. The truck got us home and I'm forever grateful for the kindness this family showed me.
