Let me just say that we went to several different dealerships and were hassled and just treated like the typical sales people you are probably used too… we were on the way to one of those places UNTIL my husband looked on the Atlantic Coast Honda website and found the car I was going to purchase somewhere else, on their lot!!! Quickly changing the GPS and showed up at Duval Honda, which is now Atlantic Coast Honda.
Joe was right at the door waiting… I made a joke if he was ready to make a deal and let me tell you, he did just that!!! From the moment we walked in the doors, it was the most seamless and exceptional car buying experience we have ever had. We got everything we wanted , and more for the price we were looking at. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people working there. Thank you Joe for your help and just making things so easy on us.

And Richard… the finance man… YES HE IS THE FINANCE MAN, even though he won’t tell you ahead of time ???? He was absolutely amazing!!!

We had our daughters with us and they of course were acting like a 2 and 5 year old would… but everyone at the dealership really made them feel normal. It was such a pleasant feeling as a parent to be somewhere that people just let kids be kids and know the anxiety and stress we were feeling because of it.

This place is absolutely amazing and will 100% earn my business again …well in 10 years according to my husband.

This place is great! I wasn’t asked to write a review first and foremost. We went through a lot of research and knew what we wanted. The deal we got today was thousands under KBB , almost $5k. The car fax was clean and the dealer replaced all brand new tires. With certain vehicles they include their warranty at no extra charge. The process WASN’T sleazy or annoying. It was pretty straightforward and they moved quickly. We went up the street a week prior- same exact model, trim & year with almost the same mileage and the competition wanted $6k more and it was like pulling teeth to negotiate with my trade in offer. This dealer offered $1,500 more upfront with NO counter offering from our part! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This was actually a good car buying experience!! No outdated sales tactics, professional sales people, and quality vehicles.
