I recently purchased an Audi S8 at Audi of Augusta and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Chris Martin was my salesman and he took the time to match me with the perfect car that I have been enjoying very much. He was very dedicated to making the whole experience as pleasant as possible and making sure that I was totally satisfied from start to finish. Matt Guzman the sales manager also followed up on every aspect and I was impressed with his knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. Bill Newsome handled all of the paperwork and basically made it a very easy purchase. Thomas Banks made sure the ceramic coat that the car got was perfect. All in all, I can strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Audi contact this dealership as I am sure that they will be as impressed with the service as I have been!

Truly the staff take upon themselves expense that is not a requirement. This dealership, and the service manager ordered a Chick-fil-A breakfast wrap and Starbucks coffee on a morning I was waiting for my car to be serviced. They have provided a loaner and paid for an Uber to allow me to run errands while my car was being serviced. The loan manager went way above any expectation I had to assist me in getting my monthly payment at an amount I felt suitable. The sales personnel patiently went through the features and functions with me on a used auto I purchased. If you need service make an appointment. Due to the current social struggles with parts inventory and ordering such, the limited staff. You will do yourself a favor as well as the dealership. Also when you are considering a trade in or purchase of a new or used car. Call, let them know what options you desire. Do this and the staff can search enventory in the southeastern states and find the best match. I feel that talking price is subject to the economy, people will spend what they like to get the most of what they want. Work with them. They met every expectation I had in the sales they gave me, I was satisfied and have no qualms with the product, the staff, the support via the auto manufacturer as well as the dealership. I really like what I drive.

My 2021 Audi Q5 displayed electrical system malfunction alert while driving. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately the next loaner car they had wouldn’t be available until January 30th. We decided to drop it off anyways without getting a loaner. Cliff in the service department was able to get it back and fixed in the same day. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!
