I brought the vehicle in due to an oil leak. Paul informed me that the intake manifold could possibly be leaking oil. Upon further investigation they determined that the water pump needed to be replaced and that the intake manifold didn't. They continued to investigate to be 100% sure and they determined it was just the water pump. When I received my vehicle there was a major boost leak coming from the vehicle. I brought the car back and the dealership did everything in their power to restore the vehicle back to the way it came in. I have aftermarket preformance parts on the vehicle and they still went out of their way to reach out to the aftermarket manufacturer to seek guidance on how to reinstall the parts properly. I eventually got my vehicle back and it's running better than ever. Thank you Paul & thank you Matt for not giving up on the car.

This is a fantastic dealership. I purchased my 2017 S3 new from them and the experience was very smooth and they were extremely personable and helpful. Since then I had been taking my car to a dealership closer to my house for service. At some point the check engine light came on and the next available appointment happen to be at Bakersfield so I brought it back. Unknown to me, Audi in general does not do diagnostic services on Saturdays. Instead of turning me away they said they would get me in when they had a chance. I settled in to wait the rest of the day but just a few hours later they had my car ready to go! And I got it back in better shape than I gave it to them. Many miles ago, the start/stop system had stopped working. The dealership I had been going to told me it would cost an arm and a leg to fix. So I didn't even mention it to Bakersfield. But when I got the car back it was working again! And it has been working ever since. Subsequent visits have been no less impressive. They have suggested maintenance services that have saved me money in the long run and have given me a break when diagnostics didn't reveal any issues. Truly great service and I will continue to drive the extra distance to Bakersfield Audi.

If you want to have a personal and professional car buying experience for an upper end car and you like Audis this is the place for you! They meet you at the door and help you through the whole process! I was there to support my daughter but they were looking out for her! These guys were engaged from the git go, to the end, which was well past closing! I'll add details later, an amazing experience I highly recommend Audi Bakersfield! They make you feel special!
