First of all, I wanted to say thank you so much to the whole Kendall family. My story started at BMW of Bend with Mattie who helped me lease a 2024 BMW X1. She was so communicative, kind, and helpful. After a few months, I realized the car was just not a good fit for me because of my very long legs and it was causing a bit of pain. I decided to come back to see if there was a way I could get back into an Audi and Ian/David at Audi Bend helped me out. They both took such amazing care of me, answering all of my questions, offering a killer deal, and keeping in touch throughout my decision making process. I decided not to pull the trigger yet on the Audi, but I will absolutely be back when I’m ready.
