We just had the BEST car buying experience EVER at Audi Hampton!!! Everyone there from the minute we entered the showroom couldn’t have been more accommodating and without being pushy!! We were first greeted by the General Manager Giles who introduced us to our sales associate Ashley who couldn’t have been nicer and SO SO knowledgeable about each Audi model. She made sure we understood how EVERYTHING in the car worked before turning us over to yet another Extremely professional and knowledgeable associate named Paige who also walked us through each package Audi offers and the financial paperwork . The entire staff at this dealership even the service department is TOP NOTCH!! I would highly recommend Audi of Hampton to Anyone looking to buy a car!!!

The Audi service team is second to none! Ray is hands-down, the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with in 20 years of driving luxury cars. They are patient, take the time to explain everything about your vehicle and your service, and work with integrity. They show you cost savings and options, there is never a long wait time, and they communicate with you throughout the duration of your service. Consistently five stars!

I did not have to ask any questions. Everything was fully explained. The icing on the cake was the video. Such a brilliant touch. No other place can beat that. Yes, a video of the technician showing and explaining the problem. This place truly care about the customer and their vehicle.vehicle Thanks again Ray !!!!!!
