Outstanding experience at Audi Lansing. I am now the proud owner of a 2023 Audi S4 with black optics. Thanks to Ben in sales who should be given a raise or promotion. He answered my endless questions honestly and enthusiastically (and is still answering them, weeks after the sale) and went to bat for me with the service department to make the car absolutely perfect upon delivery. The previous owner curbed the wheels so he had them repaired for me and they look brand new. With this, one of the tires was somewhat damaged as well and I expected they would install a new tire. Nope. They installed four brand new continental all season tires(I didn't even ask for this "We felt it better to replace all of them, rather than one of them"), detailed the exterior of the car, purchased me brand new S4 rubber floor mats, the list goes on.

This is not my first time dealing with Williams as a company either, so mark this as one of several successful experiences with this dealership group.

If anyone is on the fence about Audi in general, as a brand, do yourself a favor get off of youtube, don't listen to your friends and just go drive one. I drove every single competing car to the S4 (M340i, Cadillac V series, WRX, Volvo S, ETC.) Nothing came close to Audi's perfect blend of modest yet aggressive style, comfort and performance. The S4 in particular is so dynamic and responsive and has the most beautiful exhaust note I have ever heard (Sport resonator). It sounds like an airplane at high revs. Just an outstanding machine and 30 miles to the gallon on the highway.

I was visiting Lansing from out of town and leased my Audi from another dealership. On my drive I got a loss of tire pressure warning and upon arrival called Audi Lansing to take a look before I drove hundreds of miles again. They were SO nice and saw me that day and found a screw in my tire and took it out and patched my tire for me and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Everyone was SO great and they didn't have to do that for me but they did, 10/10 experience and service and personally, very thankful I didn't have to worry!
