June 2024, I went to Audi of N/W Indiana for a 2nd opinion on some needed repairs. I spoke to Adam Rogers and he had his mechanic Craig, do a complete check of my car. I had 80,000 miles on my 2018 Audi a4 allroad, but it needed some work done. Craig checked it out + he did a video under my car showing me the issues. I appreciated the video and the explanation by Adam, of which things I needed to take care of first, second, etc. I returned in July, 2024 and had a few problems resolved. Adam is a wonderful Service Adviser and Craig a fantastic mechanic. I highly recommend Audi Northwest Indiana for your vehicle needs.

I cannot say enough about the level of service from Joe & Adam have offered to us in the 15 years we have been visiting Team Audi. We are on our 2nd A8L. The first was a 2013 we just sold with 182K miles in excellent condition. Very few issues with the vehicle so it was easy to pick out a 2023 A8L. The employees at TEAM exemplify what a dealership is capable of offering to customers. Audi America should be proud of the customer service levels they provide for their clients.

We bought a new 2024 Atlas, Bobby Sosa was our sales person. He was wonderful to work with which has continued after the sale. Very knowledgeable and walked through everything about our vehicle, not high pressure. We had a minor noise issue after we drove it for awhile and he was outstanding to work with to resolve our issue. Highly recommend!
