I am really happy with my sales executive Darrell and service agent Alexa! They are professionals that make me excited about having an Audi. When I had an issue with my EV car, Alexa made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Darrell always has the best deals which is why I chose him as my agent. Plus he was highly recommended from friends. I am definitely coming back here to purchase/lease my next Audi.

Why 5 stars? Their service department! Once you buy a car, it’s usually done. I’ve dealt with Audi service in all our moves from Denver to San Jose to San Diego. HANDS DOWN, this has been the best service department. Kyle was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and tried to go above and beyond in every way!

Darrell Jefflo exceeded my expectations. Everything was in order for us to head out straight to the lot. Felt no pressure and the entire process was honest and upfront. Darrell was personable, patient, funny, and respectful. Couldn’t be more thrilled with new Audi, and am in love. We looked at a few cars, then one stopped me in my tracks. We took it for a test drive and wow, is all I can say, it packs a punch in horsepower and handling. This is my first Audi, so it took some getting used, however that doesn’t take away from the pleasant surprise of the performance and handling! Think it’s safe to say, am an officially an Audi fan.

It is a little hard to find the right words to adequately describe my perfect experience at Bob Moore Audi. I desperately needed a new car and like a magician, Mr. Jefflo made it happen. I had an outstanding car buying experience, possibly the best I've ever had, despite choosing what I believe was the most affordable car on the lot. The level of service I received was akin to that of a high-paying customer, which was impressive. The process began with a salesman who, although not perfect, displayed a good understanding of the car, earning a solid 7 out of 10 from me. The sales manager, Josh, was exceptional, making me feel valued and diligently working to meet my pricing needs without any hint of rudeness—earning him a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The finance phase presented some challenges, marked by visible frustration from the finance manager. While he was fulfilling his role to maximize dealership profits, his approach wasn't as smooth as Josh's, meriting a 5 out of 10 from me. On the service front, Alexa was outstanding, deserving a 10 out of 10. The customer service surpassed my expectations, offering an unparalleled level of hospitality that genuinely amazed me. Based on this experience, I am committed to purchasing all my future cars from this dealership, demonstrating my appreciation for their exceptional service.
