I just leased a 2024 Audi. Alicia was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. She looked for promotions and ways I could save money (I got a discount for simply having a Cistco card). She made sure I was aware of any fees associated with the purchase, she made sure I was knowledgeable about operating my vehicle before allowing me to drive off the lot, and she even fed us while we waited! She is by far the best car salesperson I ever encountered. I probably will stick with Audi just because of her service. Good customer service goes a long way these days.

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy and Chris to purchase my vehicle. They actually made the painful experience of purchasing a car fun. Wendy is the best salesperson I have ever met. She came in on her day off to ensure that delivery of the car went smoothly and spent a lot of time with me to explain the vehicle- which was extremely helpful. I felt comfortable when I drove my new car off the lot. Wendy followed up with me after the sale and has been very helpful still after the sale…. Many places could care less once you sign those papers and drive off the lot. I am confident that this will not be the case with Wendy, Chris and their team.
