I visited Audi Parker’s service department for the 1st time this month. New, clean and organized building. The employees were very welcoming upon arrival. It was very much a pleasure to have Garrett as my service technician. Garrett’s video updates about my vehicle were clear, concise and informative. I appreciate his expertise and the ability to communicate what was serviced on my vehicle and what the next steps for service would be. A big thanks to Garrett!

This is the first time I have ever taken me car to a dealership due to the fact that I do a lot of work on my own car, but I decided to take it in because I didn’t know how to do the Service. But I loved this place, gorgeous building, and the Service advisor (Kendell) that I worked with was phenomenal, he worked with me on everything and told me updates as soon as he got a hold of them. The technician that worked on my vehicle was phenomenal as well, he got it done before the estimated time. If I could do 10/10 stars I world, will be coming back and will recommend to anyone/everyone i know.
