Kendell W, the service advisor at this location is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us out regarding multiple issues with our Audi Q8. The overall experience he gave for us is the reason why we wouldn’t go to anywhere else to service the vehicle. I visited Audi Parker’s service department for the 1st time this month. New, clean and organized building. The employees were very welcoming upon arrival. It was very much a pleasure to have Garrett as my service technician. Garrett’s video updates about my vehicle were clear, concise and informative. This is the first time I have ever taken me car to a dealership due to the fact that I do a lot of work on my own car, but I decided to take it in because I didn’t know how to do the  Service. But I loved this place, gorgeous building, and the Service advisor (Kendell) that I worked with was phenomenal, he worked with me on everything and told me updates as soon as he got a hold of them. The technician that worked on my vehicle was phenomenal as well, he got it done before the estimated time. If I could do 10/10 stars I world, will be coming back and will recommend to anyone/everyone i know.
