SO happy with my Q3, so pleased and impressed by Audi San Diego Fashion Valley. From the moment I called and David Jordan answered, I felt confident I was in good hands. (Spoiler alert: I was right!) Mariano (Mario), Fernando and David were all excellent to work with: polite, professional and personable. Excellent vibe from all three. And all three helped make the often overwhelming task of acquiring a new vehicle so much easier and actually enjoyable. David asked good questions to help me get the model I wanted. Somehow he kept the whole process low key and moving forward at a good pace. A great balance. Taking the Q3 for a good test drive made all the difference. I knew that was the vehicle for me, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. If you're serious about getting a vehicle you love, you MUST give these guys (and gals) a call. Their dealership, by the way, is gorgeous. Have I mentioned that they handle everything electronically? YAY. It felt wonderful to not have to fill out a bunch of paper forms. Audi Fashion Valley is the new standard for buying or leasing a vehicle. Special shout-out as well to Kris for expertly (and patiently) securing my license plates. Well done, gentlemen!

Let me start by saying I despise the whole car buying process. Also, Audi wasn't even on my radar for vehicles to purchase or lease. I wanted a Volvo, but the Volvo dealership had an unwelcoming vibe and so I left. But I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my new Q5 at this location. Stephanie was very professional and attentive (also very nice and easy to talk to) - I did not feel pressured at all during the whole process. I felt very comfortable from the first moment I stepped into this shop, to the multiple test drives (different models) and ongoing communication with her during the week. Also wanted to recognize Mariano (Mario) for being an integral part of this process and making the whole car buying experience enjoyable and easy. Really funny guy and personable. I highly recommend this place and team! Finally, the coffee in this Audi is incredible!

Mariano and Peter were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I. We are in love with our new Audi. The experience from day one was a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this location. Best of all it was a personal one on one experience, Peter worked with us from the beginning to end. We were not passed on to different people to complete the sale. I want to thank Mariano for his transparency and honesty. Your customer service was phenomenal! We were Peters first sale and he did great!

My mom was in the market for an Audi Q5 55 (plug-in hybrid). We searched throughout the whole Bay Area and couldn’t find anything remotely close to what she wanted. We decided to place an order on a 2024 model and just have the car built the way my mom wanted it. The local dealership took our deposit and promised an MSRP sale price. In the interim, I had expanded my search to the whole State of California for an actual physical car on the lot. Found a few in Southern California and inquired on one from Audi San Diego Fashion Valley. It didn’t have the color interior mom wanted, but if the price was right, mom would compromise. Fernando and I were in contact for a few days. He was very responsive to my questions and emailed me everything that I requested. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to an agreement on pricing and communication ceased. We had a deposit on an order so didn’t think anything of the ceased communication between Fernando. About 3 weeks later, Fernando texts me and asked if we were still interested in the car. I didn’t want to waste anybody’s time and he knew that. One chance for him to give me dealership’s best pricing on the car. In a matter of minutes, we came to an agreement. Hopped on a plane from Oakland and 1 hour later landed in San Deigo safely. 15-minute car ride to the dealership and Audi San Diego Fashion Valley took care took really good care of us. The dealership is a boutique showroom, situated in the Fashion Valley mall. There were 2-3 cars on display, but their inventory is stored offsite in a warehouse close by. Still convenient to find since their dealership is outward facing towards the street and not buried within the mall. Fernando had the day off, but his Manager, Mariano had Saray help with the paperwork. Everything worked out. It was a smooth transaction and Mario had the car prepped/cleaned for us, had it parked out front, displayed with a big red bow. Everybody loved the car and was congratulating mom. Won’t hesitate to return/refer friends and family to Audi San Diego Fashion Valley. Everybody there was so nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate Fernando's persistence, yet not too pushy and aggressive. Mariano went above and beyond to correct minor hiccups, and mom loved Saray's customer service. Chris 2023 Q5 55 Premium Plus
