One word: amazing. I ordered my 2024 RS3 back in September '23, and all in all it took about 7 months to take delivery, which was muuuch earlier than we expected. Initially I was quoted 12-18 months. I just picked her up last week, cannot be happier. The folks at Audi Shrewsbury are very kind, and I worked with Justine throughout the whole process - I cannot recommend her enough. She is super responsive, kind, sweet, courteous, respectful, and professional. She updated me throughout the entire process. I was hesitant going to a bigger dealership. I spoke with a salesperson Justine and it was a great experience from the start. She was honest and upfront which I appreciate. It wasn’t a two hour back and forth. She was very good and had all the answers. I didn’t purchase the first time there. I saw a vehicle on their website and contacted her immediately. In a few hours I was out the door with a new vehicle. It had to be serviced and they took it serious with no excuses. Put me in a loaner because I was going somewhere and told me they would contact me when it was done. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend Justine if you are looking for a vehicle.
