Our experience at Audi South Coast was enjoyable. Samer Mahmoud was our sales agent, he was helpful, knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. He also honoured the Costco discount, which was great. Great car buying experience. The sales team was very responsive and personable. This made the process easy, very timely, and exemplified the definition of customer service. What a great buying experience with Ben. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, as well as a pleasure to talk to. I will admit that after the agreement was made and we were signing the paperwork, the finance person managing that process was very pushy when it came to additional warranty items. She simply would not take no for an answer. I was basically informed that unless I purchase these warranties, I was looking to pay a whole lot more for mandatory service checks and again when I go to return my e-tron in 3 years. In the end, they made the extra sale, but I walked away with concerns about the agreement I had gotten myself into and what future expenses I’m looking to face. Fingers crossed that it all ends well… in the meantime, I’m just going to enjoy this beautiful ride ????
