I had a wonderful experience with the team at Audi Wausau! I have now switched from the BMW club to the Audi club! My sales rep contacted me to let me know a green SQ5 had arrived on the lot that he thought was perfect for my wish list. He let me drive the car on a couple test drive routes to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and helped me compare my old car to the new one to ensure I’d be happy with the performance. I live about an hour and a half north of the dealership, and came down once to see the car, and again to do paperwork and drive it home. Between both visits, I spoke to most of the sales staff, sales manager, parts manager, and finance manger. All of them were incredibly friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, a had a minor run in with a deer a couple weeks after buying my car, and the team was incredibly helpful with connecting me with a body shop to assist with my repairs.I had the paint protection/glasscoat applied when I bought the car, and it seemed to make a big difference in protecting my paint (the body shop also commented that it appeared to help!) I look forward to servicing my car there, and getting some fun upgrades from parts/service in the future! I’m truly a “car person” and have had unpleasant experiences at other luxury dealerships in the past, and I HIGHLY recommend Audi Wausau for a great experience with staff that know their cars and are excited to find you exactly what you’re looking for.

I have always had excellent service from Kocourek Audi over the years and this last visit was no exception. Sean did a great job listening to our concerns and addressing them in easy to understand language. We left with great confidence that our vehicle was 100% safe and fully serviced. the service is always excellent. the staff should be role models for great customer service. my car drove like it was brand new and just off of the transport truck. i am been receiving service for around 16 years. Leon McNealy

I had an emergency and Shawn was awesome in getting the vehicle in and looked at. He didn’t promise that they could get it in but said that he would try. This allowed us to have the vehicle for weekend and not having to make other arrangements.
