My car needed a new transmission and Doug made the whole experience a breeze. A couple hours after I called regarding the issue with my car, Doug had taken care of submitting the case to Kia and had one of their rentals ready for me to use while waiting on the new transmission. I thought it would be a few weeks but they were able to get my car the new transmission put in the very next day. Thanks very much to Doug and the Kia team who helped install the transmission so quickly and made the process so easy!

We came from S.E. Mo to Auffenberg Kia of Shilo to purchase a vehicle for our daughter because of the inventory. We were not disappointed. Even tho I have family that works at Auffenberg Kia Cape Gage our sales rep was awesome!! He was in tune with our needs, wants, and budget. He was very well informed and knowledgeable about the inventory, and patient throughout the process. Lindsey our finance manger was just as great. The detail department did a speedy exceptional job. We have bought several new cars in our lifetime and this was by far the best experience we have had from start to finish. We will be back when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Soul. My sales rep was Gage Kile, and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling comfortable that I knew how to use all the new features that I didn't have in my previous car. They made sure my plates were on, the gas tank was full and everything was super clean. Gage was running around like a crazy poison helping more customers in addition to me but I never felt like I wasn't a priority. I am super impressed with the follow up, as well. I've never had a sales person reach out more than once and it is so nice to know that I'm still going to be taken care of after my sale was final. So many places just forget about you once they have made their money. All-in-all, I'm so happy with my new car, but I will definitely recommend Auffenberg and specifically Gage, to any one looking for a new car.

Very good experience. No unexpected issues. Robyn communicated with me couple days before we bought our car. And on the day we purchased she was prepared at the time we agreed and it was quick and actually fun to a degree. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
