This dealership worked hard searching for the vehicle I wanted - used 2500 Dodge Ram 4x4 diesel crew cab! My salesman, Austin Prince was awesome, keeping me informed and kindly listening to me saying no to a find and then finding the truck I wanted. When there were problems with the transmission for the truck I fell in love with, the manager agreed to have it fixed, without adding to my cost. The finance gentleman was informative and answered my questions, working to get me the best deal possible. They have offered to deliver my vehicle to my home when it’s ready even though we lived over 100 miles away. If you want a dealership that puts your needs and interests first, Augusta Mitsubishi is where you need to go!!! Thanks again, Austin and the rest of the staff for working with me and resolving things that will make my used purchase like buying a brand new one! After a week of ownership, we noticed the heat was not warming as it should. After checking fluids and still not working, we took it to our local Dodge dealership to get a diagnostic done which showed the heater core and blend doors needed to be replaced, resulting in repair costs more than I expected and could afford. After4 weeks, Ally warranty was not timely in helping out, so I reached out to our salesman, Austin and the general manager, Robert Curry. To my surprise, Mr. Curry called the Summerville Hoover Dodge service tech last night. He paid for the total repairs, up front! I went by Hoover this morning and after 5 weeks of sitting in their parking lot, the parts were ordered this morning and my service tech told me I should have my truck back within a week. I’m so thankful that Mr. Curry took my anxiety away of how I was going to pay for the repairs. This truck is my dream vehicle and I’m excited to know that I will soon be driving it again. Augusta Mitsubishi and the staff went above my expectations, especially since this was a used vehicle. They are good people! ??????????
