They let me explore the car I was interested in, made an appointment to fix the issues I found with the car and when all the paperwork was done and I got the keys, they even filled up the car full of gas for me so I didn't have to right away. The car check they do is very thorough, and when I had an issue the mechanics didn't find right away, Auto America took care of it anyway.
