I wish there were more stars to give Ali at Auto Bank 916! 10/10 Excellent customer service, easy buying process, not pushy to get you to buy a vehicle and an honest and trustworthy dealership. I bought a Jeep from Ali with which he was open and honest with me that it needed an alignment but it drove fine during the test drive so I figured I would get it done the following day after purchasing and driving home. 20 mins after driving I got death wobble really bad and was unable to continue driving home, I called Ali and discussed things with him and he had my Jeep towed back to his dealership at his expense and at that point also took care of the alignment, brakes and rotars, and axles just to make sure my Jeep drove perfect for me and kept in touch with me and informed me of the whole process while my jeep was in the shop. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Ali and Auto Bank 916 and would highly recommend Auto Bank 916 if you're in need of a vehicle, Ali will definitely take care of you!

Can’t say enough good things about Ali. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from this guy & they’re all great. He doesn’t lie to get the sale & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a vehicle. The last one he got me I told him I wanted a specific year suburban with specific options & Ali had that suburban for me within a week. All this while he was in tremendous pain as he was ill. Feeling horrible he still showed up to meet me with a smile & got us financed & out the door. If you want a guy with a different attitude than you’re used to when buying a car this guy is your man.
