Alex and his team were very helpful, from the first email to the actual purchase of the car, great experience! My battery died on the way home, and he sent me a check to replace. Luckily it ended up just being a loose connector, so we didn’t have to use the check, but I’m grateful to him for the quick and helpful resolution. I love my new SUV so much! Thanks guys.
