Wow what an amazing experience I had at this dealership! I went in to look at a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona and John was telling me that the insurance would be out of the roof and showed me a 2014 Lexus IS250 F-sport awd and telling me that the Lexus is more reliable and more affordable and it wouldn’t hurt my pocket as much as the charger would and that the chargers are one of the most stolen cars and I’m actually really happy with the Lexus and they helped me out so much and more than any other dealership I dealt with. John and Weda are both very friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend my friends and family to come here

I needed a car after my children were hit by a Penske truck but the payout from the insurance was hardly enough to purchase a replacement car for my 2001 Honda.
My husband and I waited until we could find a way to get a few thousand more to shop for an old, low mileage used car. We found one a few a hundred miles away and drove to Fremont to test drive one. We don't finance cars.
We arrived at what we thought was our destination dealership to be greeted by a friendly, helpful man who explained we were at the wrong address and we should be weary of the model we were looking for as well as that dealership's practices. We thought he was helpful, but noticed cuss words were slipping out during our conversation. We thanked him and went down the street to find our destination.
We discovered he was correct about both the model and the dealership and returned to the original dealership, Auto City. He was happy to see us and showed us 2 cars  immediately that he was willing to drop the price on. We explained our budget and he quickly said he was willing to drop the price to because he was getting inventory Tuesday, a fact he shared earlier to advise us to return next week. My husband and I sat down with him and his wife where he shared he has Tourette Syndrome and I shared I sorely needed a car to do hospital visits after work. We learned that although our salesman used the F word about 50 times involuntarily during our interaction, his 5 children were careful NOT to cuss as swearing was not allowed in their home. It was a lovely exchange of pleasantries between 2 God-fearing couples, although we may have worshiped different gods. I shared that paying less than what the 2015 Buick Encore was going for, this branded-titled car was an answer to prayer--finding a reliable car seemingly flawless car with only 58k miles was something I could have only dreamed of. I never imagined God would use a loving husband and father with Tourette Syndrome to help me get to the hospitals in style and teach me more about the condition of Tourettes. Praise be to God.

Love how nice the couple is, I had an amazing experience after rude customer service from other dealerships, but this was a quick and professional process which got me my dream car! John, the sales manager is hilarious and very kind, he has Tourette’s Syndrome, I have never met someone like him. He inspires everyone to how nothing is impossible. The service is amazing 5 stars. My daughter will definitely get her from here when she gets her license in September.
