Last week I purchased a clean, low mileage Kia Cadenza from Auto Merchants. I'm very pleased with the car as well as the purchasing experience. I live about two hours away so some of the negotiation was handled over the phone, and Octavio, the salesman I worked with, was very thorough and kept me updated throughout the process. And Kevin the Finance Manager was top notch. Every concern I had during the purchase process was addressed to my satisfaction. Although I didn't get a chance to meet the GM directly, he made several concessions through Octavio that made this an even better deal. Speaking from my own experience and the guys that I dealt with, I would recommend Auto Merchants to anyone without hesitation.

The price of the vehicles here are great! Also, Kevin was the fiance guy we had the pleasure of signing the paperwork with. Kevin is awesome sauce, down to earth and through! Found Auto Merchants on accident on the way to another nearby dealership. My 18 year old daughter had saved her money and auto merchants gave a good deal which kept her from having to take out a loan for a 2016 Explorer. She paid cash and got her first car. On our way back home, 360 miles, the Explorer started making a noise. Her excitement faded. On Monday morning I called to report the issue. The first gentlemen I spoke with, Tommy I believe, said they would make it right and he'd have the manager call me. Romero said to bring it in, after a couple of attempts to get it there I finally go a transport to take it.. A few days later Romero textex and said it was ready. Daughter and wife drove back and got it. I could not have asked for anything more than what Auto Merchants did. Especially when they didn't have too. They did what I think is the best ethical, morally, and customer service recovery thing thing to do. I will definitely look at their dealership again for the next vehicle I get. Thank you again Romero for getting my daughters excitement back.
