I’m starting a new job not long ago and needed to get a reliable vehicle. A friend of mine actually purchased a car here last year, so she recommended I go to Auto Outlet. It was a very pleasant experience. They had both trucks and cars, and a good variety of them. I went with a Ford Focus and it’s been perfect for me. I have had the car for about four months now, and have had zero issues at all. It’s been very reliable and I appreciate the honesty of the guys working there. When I bought it, it didn’t even look like a used car. The inside and outside were immaculate. I plan to have this car for a long time and I’m glad I choose this establishment to take my business to. It had taken me a while to write review due to covid, but I wanted to make sure I found time to go on their site to give them a review because they really deserve it.

My son needed a reliable SUV and we came here to look at a Trailblazer that we ended up purchasing. We worked with Chris and our experience was very good. A few weeks later, the truck needed a water pump and some other work that added up to $300 in repairs, and Chris was kind enough to contribute $100 towards the cost of the repair. The truck was purchased as-is and he did not have to do anything, but was kind enough to do so. I was impressed with his gesture and with my experience.  It’s very challenging buying a used car because you don’t know if you are being taken advantage of and getting a bad deal after giving up your hard earned money. I would recommend giving them a try.

Start to finish, friendly, honest customer service. Wasn't pushy, and the warranty is much better than most used lots. Can't complain, wife loves her new GMC, it does need a few things, but after all it's 13 years old. Chris and the guys here did a damn fine job of taking care of the major things before selling. Truck we got is overall in beautiful shape. We'll keep tabs on these guys for the future, and n about 3 months, we'll update on our truck
