Mike and the folks at Auto Outlet were great. We came down to find a car for my daughter and found one they just listed online. When we got there, there was no high pressure sales, just honest info about the car and an easy test drive process. Once we decided to purchase, it was the easiest, fastest car transaction I’ve ever had. Mike even ran financing for me to see if they could beat the rate I got from my credit union. They couldn’t, but there was no pressure to take one of their financing offers. They also worked with me while I finalized the loan and I picked up the car a couple days later.

One of the things that really stood out was they spoke directly to me, not to my male partner who was just there as my ride. They also didn’t condescend, didn’t question my car knowledge, and didn’t try to make me feel dumb in any way. I also felt completely safe on my own when I went to pick up the car. Any woman who’s dealt with car salesmen or contractors knows exactly what I’m talking about. On top of that, they had a good selection of cars at good prices. I’ll definitely be back when it comes time to get my youngest his first car!

Even with all the stress I was under I felt like I could breathe, because I was being taken care of both professionally and emotionally.

Ive been on the hunt for a newer model
Lexus sc 430. They had the exact car I wanted and could not  have had a better experience.  I was always weary of buying from a “side of the road” dealer but this may have changed me!
