I purchased a 2010 Ford Raptor and the customer service Steve provided surely exceeds customer service standards.  I saw the truck online, didn’t go see it, didn’t test drive it since I’m in California.  Asked Steve to take video of the truck and its entirety.  When he did that, I knew I wanted to buy it, did the whole transaction online, from start to finish all the way until I received my vehicle here in California. When I test drove it after the fact I purchased it, I knew I made the right choice.  No sales pressure to buy, no gimmicks. They took a great deal of time allowing me to look at multiple cars, and the pressure to purchase was minimal. I drove multiple cars. I felt like they cared about my situation and worked with me to make sure I understood my situation and that I left happy.
