I want to start by saying thank you for the excellent service and team. Nabel, Kelli and mark all did an excellent job. Good communication very professional. Good people to trust when buying from here. If there’s a problem or any questions they answer and help with what ever has to be done. Very professional and nice. Thank you! -Cesar Garcia

Nabel did a great job keeping me informed of an "in transit" Sierra 1500 I had ordered. It did get delayed a few times but I understand that is out of his control. He honored our verbal agreed upon price. In the last couple months my brother-in-law and myself have purchased our trucks at Auto Town GMC and hopefully my dad will be purchasing soon as well. There's no better price out there. Highly recommended. Thanks Nabel!

Dawn at Auto Town GMC made purchasing a vehicle an absolute breeze. She got me an incredible rate and an awesome deal and was so communicative and kind. I have never dealt with a friendlier and more efficient dealership in my life! Top tier customer service. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a new vehicle.

We recently had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Town in Gladstone Oregon. Our salesman Reymon Gonzalez made the purchase an especially easy process listening to our specific needs and options preferred. He was very pleasant and able to help us take advantage of some recent bonus incentives being offered by Buick as well. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend dealing with Auto Town and Mr. Gonzalez in the future. Bruce & Lynn Gregg

Came in looking for a GMC Canyon Denali. Went to a couple different dealerships before this, and happy I stumbled upon Auto Town. Ended up with a decked out Canyon AT4X. My salesperson, Javier, was awesome throughout. He was down to earth, friendly, and very informative about the truck. After driving it off the lot the check engine light came on about 15 minutes later, with a reduced acceleration drive with care alert….we called him and he met us back at the dealership service department bay. Turned out to be a bad sensor and they will fix within a couple days since it’s the weekend. While disappointing, Javier and the service advisor Mark were very sympathetic and proactive. Great people. The only reason I did not give five starts, was simply because of the Finance Manager…Kelli McCormick. She was absolutely HORRIBLE. She started off okay but after I politely declined the extended warranty she became VERY rude. So far as telling my grandfather who was with me “are you going to pay when his truck breaks down right off the lot? What experience do you have buying cars, things have changed since you last bought one.” We kept our cool but she kept digging in and making smart remarks about not taking the extended warranty. Slamming papers and the pen down, and not interacting anymore in a professional way. At the end of the finance meeting there wasn’t even a hand shake, no have a nice day, or anything. She snapped at me to “enjoy my truck” and yelled to my salesperson to go take us to it. Literally yelled his name across the floor out of her office. My interaction with Kelli was the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. But again, Javier and the service advisor Mark were great!
