Purchased a used vehicle from them and they ended up buying my car off of me in the process. Pros: I've never purchased a car faster. These guys have the financing process down really well and it was super streamlined. The tour of the car was nice; I was able to check out whatever I wanted and take my time. The trade-in process seemed fair. I got an offer comparable to some other services that purchase cars. Cons: I ended up spending a lot of money on services for my purchase. While I don't think it's the dealership's responsibility to keep up major maintenance on all their inventory, an idea of what I would be spending the days after my purchase would have been nice. This is likely just a problem buying used cars in general, not really a dealer - specific issue. The warranty that was originally sold to me was very steep. I was able to discuss other options that fit my budget better, and that ended up working out, while barely losing any coverage. I would definitely come back and purchase from them again. Bobby did a great job throughout.

After reading their reviews I was a bit hesitant about going there, but my son had his eye on a particular car. Parking was tricky but that's the ONLY thing I can say that isn't glowing. Bobby had us out of there in a very short time and was very pleasant to deal with. Had my son financed and driving out the lot in no time at all. I've purchased cars with cash that took longer than that transaction. Their prices were very competitive without any hidden fees. Definitely would recommend.
