This is first time ever leaving a review. My wife and I just purchased a 1957 Chevy from Mario at autobahn vault. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so kindly that it instilled me to leave a review. Mario offered what ever he could do for us with a smile and more over he did what he said and always followed up and offered things that we hadn’t thought of. He constantly kept us in touch when car was to be picked up to be delivered and sent pictures as it was being loaded on transport vehicle. Mario also did what no one seems to do anymore, he would answer his phone or our text promptly, never leaving us in the dark wondering what or when. Patty and I thank you Mario for a great experience and glad to have met you.

Mario Puente is a fantastic person to deal with. When you speak on the phone with Mario, you would think he was a friend you've had for several years. While I didn't buy a car from Autobahn, I still feel compelled to leave a positive review (intentions were to buy a '57 Chevy on their site, but while doing my due diligence, someone swooped in and bought the car first). Every question I asked of Mario, he gave me a prompt response. I asked him to put the car up on a lift, get codes from the engine, transmission, rear-end, and other various components. He did all of that and provided pictures. In a world where customer service is lacking more and more, Mario went above and beyond to help this customer.
