At this dealer you can find everything. Good and Bad Service. And I explain it in detail for existing or new clients. Here what each client must do is simple, COMMUNICATION, why? so that everything is clear from day 1. In Appointment Service, ask for your service advisor to be Christian Medina; you will have a good advisor, he will always look for a way to give you a hand within his work capabilities. And above all he will keep you informed of what happens with his unit, (remember that he does NOT have 5 cases, he has more than 20 clients per day for 5 days that is 100 cars) be patient at times. If you look for another advisor, the problem is not the dealer, measure each advisor by their performance. Christian is my second service advisor and compared to the first service advisor the change was radical. And radical is the extreme to improve. In workshop? Do you want a good technician for your car? ASK for your technician to be JESUS ??CRUZ! Despite the complaints I read, I don't see anyone posting what really happens and or solutions. Jean, Service Manager, when you sit down with him to discuss your situation, he will give you a hand and look for a way to work and help you with your problem, but we go back to the same thing, each case is different and therefore each solution is different. If you don't communicate, nothing is solved. Communicate and Jean can help you. Baez, Manager, is also at your disposal once you sit down to talk and express your concerns. Harold Alli, Parts Manager, do you need help with any parts? He is the contact. He will give you a hand in whatever he can help you and if you have doubts about what you want to do, he can guide you in the right way. Whatever part you need, he will help you find it. Ask Kevin Vega as your salesman, He will easily look for what you are looking for in the inventory, he will not push the car you do not need. And let it be known that I have a dealer 7 minutes from my house. My people, express the bad, but also express the good. In my experience in the past months at Autocentro I have had problems and I have had solutions. BUT I HAVE DISCUSSED IT AND IT HAS BEEN SOLVED. There are still things that need to be improved at the dealer, but they are improving little by little. Blessings to all.
