Fantastic crew and phenomenal customer service. I got there a bit later in the day and Andre & Zach were awesome showing us the SUV we were interested in. We got it situated with a deposit and returned a couple of days later to purchase, in which it was a breeze with the paperwork and such. From the first time calling until the end of the purchase; the customer service was 10/10. Allie is amazing over the phone and in person, smiling from ear to ear as well as making the sale and paper work done fast and in a timely manner. I traveled 2 hours for a vehicle that looked and drove exactly as pictured. I left the lot confident and am very happy. Andre was transparent and clear as well. So I was there yesterday to see what Honda Civics they had for sale and my experience was actually great! As it should be with all dealerships the keys were given to us immediately to check out the car and if we wanted to test drive it, that option was available as well right after looking at the car. My son and I did not end up buying a vehicle from them because they did not have the civic that we wanted in their inventory but they were very good at keeping us happy regardless. They didn’t try to be forceful or try to pull our credit immediately. They made sure we were comfortable. This is how your experience at a dealership should be and I honestly would buy a car from them if they did have what we wanted in their inventory. Guys I am by no means new to buying cars at dealerships and this is the best experience I had. I read in one of these reviews that they sell rebuilt title cars only and that is not true. They were upfront with the status of the vehicle title and only one of the civics there didn’t have a clean title out of the various ones we seen. I also observed their prices and they were definitely reasonable as well. I recommend you guys check them out if your reading this review
