I bought a chevy 2500 here in October 2023 and it was a easy and pleasant experience. I was unsure about the purchase 5 days after I got the truck I was on my way to work and the unthinkable happened steam everywhere i pulled over cursing everything I had worried about owning a diesel engine I was thinking here we go a truck I can't afford to fix just parked and not able to drive it so I called the dealer and they had me take it toa shop they deal with and the next day I was able to pick it up just a egr hose and it's been running just fine since then

I drove an hour to go look at a few trucks I liked at Autolane. When we drove up, Daryl came out to greet us. I had a few trucks in mind but of course forgot to write them down! He knew the trucks I was vaguely describing which is so refreshing! I have been to several lots where they had too much inventory and the sales people didn't know anything about the trucks they were showing me. I was looking for a towing vehicle for my horse trailer and Daryl totally understood my emphasis on reliability and safety. After walking the lot with myself and my boyfriend, I found a truck I really liked and took it for a drive with Daryl. I really appreciated that he had a route already planned out that included the freeway so I could see how the truck ran above 35mph!
I had a budget I needed to follow and even though this truck was a bit out of my price range, Don (the manager) made it happen! I am a Washington resident so I had to factor in WA tax as well into my purchase price. I honestly was shocked they were able to make it work for me because my previous experience with dealers was they don't budge on price. They made a great deal on the truck I really liked! I would recommend anyone to at least stop by and see if you like anything. Daryl and Don were very easy to work with and it truly was a 5 star experience.
