She was very patient with me trying to figure out my financial situation and helped me all the way to the end. he was very curtious and he was with a customer so he set me up with Charles. I went to several lots with Charles. He was very patient while I sent pictures to my wife so she could help decide what to get. Once I decided on a vehicle, (the first one I drove ????) I was in and out quick. I had a 2nd wonderful experience with LaShaun, I filled out my application online and sent in all my documents, then called to make sure he had everything some things didn’t go clear so I resent it. I told him what I was looking for a Ford Edge they had an 2020. I also explained that I don’t like to be at car lots all day and he explained to me that if I come at 10 he could have me out by 11:30am. I went out the next morning, the only thing I had to fill out was my references form. I test it loved it, went back in put $1,500 down since I already paid one car off my down payment was a little cheaper. Signed my documents and I was out with the keys and my picture at 11:54am. I highly recommend them and LaShaun was awesome.
