I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 135i from here.  I always have my guard up with dealerships and mechanics. Long story short, the salesman Sal, finance guy Joe, and everyone at this dealership went above and beyond, making the purchase of my car memorable. This dealership really stands out, and deserves recognition.

I have good credit, but neither of my banks or Credit Union would finance the car I wanted due to its age.  I told Sal that I probably would not purchase it because I doubted they could get me the interest rate that my Credit Union offered.  To my surprise they were able to get me approved with the terms I wanted.

There was a minor issue discovered the night I purchased the car (rain/light sensor).  Sal told me not to worry and he would get it fixed.  I had my doubts because the deal was already made, but they followed through on their word.  They fixed it for me once the part came in, and I couldn't be happier with my car, or the service and communication I got from Sal, Joe, and the mechanic.

Side note; If you see a car you want online, I suggest calling ahead and let them know you want to check it out.  This is a fairly small lot with over 100 vehicles, and it may take a little time to get the car fully accessible. This lot is full of nice cars, mostly euros.

After my experience here, I highly recommend this dealership.

We had the most amazing experience using Automaxx USA in Tampa!! Joe and Sal (I’m sorry if I missed anyone, but those are the only two that we interacted with) from start to finish, were so, very helpful, attentive, friendly and made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming experience run smoothly.
