Amazing customer service and very courteous people. Salesperson Holden was so helpful and gave his 100% service to us. Their finance manager Michelle was simply the best! She closed our deal swiftly and smoothly and so well versed. Definitely the right and best place to get my daughter's first car. Kudos to all the staff and crew of Auto Nation Chevrolet. Thanks for being a part of our car ownership journey.

My service advisor Kenneth and the young lady at the cashiers desk were friendly, and helpful. They were the bright spot for me. My repair was expensive but it wasn’t the dealerships fault. They gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive till the work was done, and they also have a great shuttle service as well ! The repair was excellent (thank you to my technician), and I’m enjoying my car again ! Would like to mention the friendly porters and salesmen that chatted with me for a moment. This is a friendly, helpful and customer driven dealership. And after all that, Starbucks coffee for the guests !!! Thanks to all !

I have a 2014 Corvette Stingray with less than 20,000 miles. The car had all fluids replaced and 2 new rear tires. Everything was done in one day, I used their car shuttle to return home and my car was waiting for me outside when i came to pick it up the next morning. Very pleased with their service.

I have to admit, this is one of the best experience I had buying a car. I had post on my previous experience on google with other dealerships, but that's a different story. I have been researching for a car for a while now and last Month (November), the high winds snapped the tree outside our house and it fell on my car. The insurance marked it a total loss and I had to look for a replacement. I had contact Tesla to look at the car and been on chat on in communication with them for a week. I then stopped after the remarks made by their CEO. I also visited CarMax. I guess the sales person didn't think I was serious enough. I checked out there BMW 530e at that location, which was a bit bigger than my 330e. But unfortunately, it had a lot of accidents. After my test drive, there was no follow up from CarMax. While I was looking, I also looked at a Kia Sorrento Plug In Hybrid. It was listed by Kia in Van Nuys as for sale, so I went there and checked out the Sorrento and it actually had Car damage from an accident but was not listed on the notes in Cargurus. I also found a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and I contacted the dealer north hollywood toyota. They told me that it's not for sale on and then 2 days later, I got a notice from Cargurus that the car was sold. Luckily, I found autonation in Valencia. All through out the process they accommodated me. I been in contact with them for let's say 3-5 days. I went in on Friday to test drive the car and sleep on it. They allowed that no questions asked. If my main sales person was not there, they had someone assist me. I requested Friday night if they could charge the car so that I can test the EV range and drive, they said yes. Then I came in Saturday night with my wife and Kids. The waiting area is pretty decent and they even have a kids room. I test drove the car and it was as amazing as I expected. Since this was a preowned car, I know there will be dings and scratches. But there is one scratch that they were willing to fix the chip and schedule it. There were 2 other things that were missing from the car that I requested. The Charger for the Car since it's a plug in hybrid and the 2nd key. There were able to get the charging cable to me by Monday and the key arrived Friday. I was asked to pay cost for the key as it was not included for the sale. But the cost for the key if it's their cost was significantly lower than buying it from the dealership. Overall, questions were answer in a timely manner with respect and integrity. They really go above an beyond what is required of them. Thank you Roberto! You are the best.

Maurice and Theo were super friendly salespeople. Very helpful and indulged all of my overly inquisitive son's questions. Suzy in Finance understood early on I wasn't going to buy the Warranty, but did her due diligence presenting the facts and logic, but in a respectful way. I have walked out on another dealership's Finance person because he kept pushing it even when I declined multiple times. I came back in the next day after buying the Traverse because I had forgotten something and Andrew was super helpful even though I wasn't technically "his" customer. I enjoyed the whole process and our whole family LOVES the car.
