Service was great with very friendly Auto Nation personnel. Comfortable environment and clean waiting area.  Service completed promptly and details adequately explained.  My biggest disappointment was an email with a stated price for service that was not honored when I arrived.  The increase was not exorbitant and I happily paid it.  Fortunately this was an oil change and routine maintenance inspection.  Would have been five stars if not for the lack of honor in Auto Nation's stated policy of upfront pricing.  Thanks.
