Job was completed in a timely fashion. Staff was very helpful and professional and I believe the price was cheaper than originally quoted over the phone, which had me very happy at the end of the visit.

Recently, while on way to a very important meeting for the finalization of the adoption of our newest grandchild, we experienced issues with our car.  We were not far from the dealership so we decided to stop and make sure the car was safe.  I explained our problem and time issue to our service advisor Matt Siford.  Matt understood we had limited time to make the court session, and quickly had the car brought in and examined.  The technician determined that the issue was the driver side splash guard under the car had become loose and was dragging.  They were able to make quick temporary repairs to ensure it was safe and ordered the replacement part for me.  I cannot express how grateful we were that we received such quick and caring service.  Matt has always been an outstanding service advisor, knows us when we come in for routine maintenance and is always so friendly and accommodating.  We have purchased 4 vehicles from AutoNation Wickliffe over the years, and will continue to do so for our automotive needs.  Finding such outstanding people in a demanding industry is so rare, and we sincerely can't speak highly enough of Matt and his team of professionals.
